I love, love, love sweet tea and wanted to do a drawing reflecting that. ^-^

Like much of my artwork, this was inspired by the styles of Nouveau art and vintage art posters. I like how the lemons in the background turned out- I didn't expect the white outlines to look that nice. Materials used were prismacolor color pencils, watercolors, and gouache paint.

Art (c) me.

I really don't like sweet tea. In fact, I absolutely despise it, but, upon more contemplation, I have concluded I must fav it because of it's adorableness :meow:.

Sweet tea is big in the southeast, at least when I went to South Carolina it was there on the menu at MacDonald. Now they have it here in the southwest. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks good.

If you're not used to it, it can be hard to find the right sweet tea. There are different ways to brew it and there are different brands- they all have their own unique taste. There's also the sweetness- you can add just a little sugar or you can add a ton... or none at all if you want to cut back on the sugar. ^-^

Personally, I prefer Luzianne and Royal Cup tea with a medium level of sweetness. ^^

P.S.
Sweet tea may also be known as "Iced tea"

I'm used to the more commercial iced tea (like Lipton's and Snapple), than the actual brewed type, so I might be looking into brewing my own, if I can find a good tea... I have tried the "natural" teas from Snapple as of late, and they need a ton of sugar (mainly because they are unsweetened).
